TURBOCHARGE TRAINING

Did you know that Taylor of Oklahoma offers a free TurboCharge training event for our current and future customers? We do this training to benefit you! We hope you utilize these opportunities to help you avoid expensive service calls and allow your company’s food services to flourish. After taking part in our TurboCharge training, you will know everything about your equipment, allowing your business to lower operating costs, have less equipment downtime and more profits from production.

So, what is it?

Our TurboCharge training is offered to you at your free of charge. It can be hosted both at our headquarters or yours, and all we ask is for you to bring 6 or more staff members and we will do the rest! We offer it in both English and Spanish, so everyone can come with questions ready. Our highly trained Service Manager of 18 years, Louie Lopez, hosts the training and he will educate you and your staff on the proper cleaning and maintenance of the equipment. Louie will provide you all the information needed to keep your machine humming smoothly. Specific things he will go over are tune-up kits, machine theory, blade maintenance, cleaning procedures, calibration of syrups and more.

It’s Hands-On

We understand that sitting in a room listening to machine maintenance might not sound ideal, so the great thing about this training is that it is extremely hands-on. Louie and our Service Team wants you to know the ends and outs of your equipment. He will have everyone disassemble and reassemble the machinery, so your staff can understand the ins and outs. Even your longtime staff can benefit from this!
