General Information

 "Do you service my store?” If you are located anywhere in the state of Oklahoma, yes.

"What machines do you service?” We service all Taylor Company machinery.

“What is preventative maintenance?” We offer preventative maintenance on any Taylor Company equipment you might own. Preventative maintenance is when we have scheduled service calls to your location throughout the year(s) to check up on your machine and guarantee everything is working smoothly.

“Why should I choose your service technicians over general technicians?” Our service technicians are Taylor Factory trained and certified. They will know your equipment better than any general technician. Our technicians also use Taylor Certified tools and parts that are specific to Taylor machines.

Service Call Questions

“Can I Troubleshoot?” Yes, we offer troubleshooting to all customers. We will do our best to see if we can diagnose and fix issues over the phone, but if the problem is too complex, we will schedule a service call and run someone out to you as soon as possible.

“What am I charged for?” We charge you for time on the job and travel. Our hourly rate is $117, and travel is based on zones. We guarantee transparency with our fees.

“How long will it take before I can receive service?” We want to get your machinery up and running as quickly as possible. Once called, we will have service provided for you within 24 hours of your call.

Sales

What does financing a new machine look like? Our equipment can be paid in full, as well as “lease-to-own”. We assist with all machine financing.

Warranty? For parts, we offer a two year labor warranty on all new parts purchased at the retail level. We also offer a five year manufacturer’s warranty on the shell and hopper machines and compressors.
